Our Inside Sales Representatives will build and maintain their own territory and at times work with the outside reps on larger accounts. They will be responsible for acquisition, retention and growth of customers through inbound and outbound efforts.


What you’ll do:


  • Partner with marketing to build prospect lists
  • Commit to becoming an expert in your customers and industries and our products
  • Collaborate with all other members of the commercial team
  • Be and expert in research and call preparation
  • Become an expert at using all lead generation tools
  • Conduct business development outreach with email, phone, and social touches
  • Travel to customers and trade shows on occasion
  • Work with the team to build our partner base
  • Document activity, contact, and account information of all customers, prospects and partners
  • Be eager to learn, open to feedback and committed to getting 1% better everyday

What you’ll bring:


  • A self-motivated, proactive, organized, and self-sufficient team-player to join our team
  • Ability to deploy a tactical approach based on the overall strategy for to land and expand accounts in your territory
  • You are customer-focused, creative, an effective communicator in both written and verbal forms
  • You have 2+ years of experience in software sales and a track record of achieving targets in a lead-generation role
  • You can effectively build a pipeline in coordination
  • You love working in a fast-paced environment, take the initiative to get stuff done or try something new, and love sharing your findings with your team to ensure we all benefit from your knowledge
